Diaper Drive Mission Trip Giveaway 2012
Contest Rules
Everyone who makes on online contribution to the diaper drive or delivers diapers to one of our campus locations during the period from Monday, Monday, October 1, 2012 to Friday, November 2nd, 2012 can register for a chance to win a free mission trip to the Children’s Malnutrition Center in San Juan, Guatemala.
In addition, each church or organization that donates diapers during the same period can register to win one free mission trips for their church or organization. We request that each church or organization donate at least 500 diapers in order to register to win the free trip. The pastor or the organization’s designee will determine the recipient of their free mission trip. It is requested that the winning church or organization provide the name of the mission trip winner to the Children’s Homes no later than December 31, 2012.
Mission trip winners may transfer their trip to another individual if they so choose. Organizations that choose to enter into the mission trip drawing cannot enter individuals from their organization into the drawing as well. They must choose one or the other.
Board of trustees and staff of the Florida Baptist Children’s Homes, and their immediate family members are not eligible for the contest. Winners will be selected in a random drawing by the Florida Baptist Children’s Homes on Friday, November 30, 2012.
Winners will be notified by the email address or phone number that they provided on their entry. If there is no response from the winner in one week then another name will be selected at random.
The international mission trip will include airfare from Miami to the Children’s Malnutrition Center in San Juan, Guatemala as well as ground transportation, lodging, and meals. Trip participants will be responsible for all other expenses such as shopping and miscellaneous items. Anyone ten years of age or older can go on a mission trip, but anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
It is requested that the mission trip winners take their trips no later than December 31, 2013. Mission trip winners should be willing to be interviewed by members of the media as well as by Orphan’s Heart and the Florida Baptist Children’s Homes for their various publications and website stories.
